Two months back I have released my book on Kindle, that is my first book and it’s in the Tamil language, I faced issues in formatting my book. From YouTube, I came to know about Mr.Arun, he is doing very good videos regarding the Kindle Direct Publishing in youtube, so I contacted him, he promised me to solve my issue, he treated my book as his own book and solved my issue in few days.
The best thing is that I liked his commitment, he mentioned me the date and timing to fix my issue, I got the mail from him with my book’s completed version, exactly at the same date and time which he had mentioned earlier. After completion, I got the mail also from him in a highly professional way which mentioned the details of the correction he did, so I liked very much about his commitment as well as his professional manner to handle the customer.
I am immensely satisfied with our friend Arun Sarathy’s help & performance with regard to bringing out my eBook on Amazon Kindle called UNGAL UNARCHCHIMIGU THEGAMUM UYARNDHA YOGAMUM in a very nice way on behalf of me. And he selected an appreciable design also in Mugappu Attai (cover design) for that eBook… Now my ebook is being popular & bought by my poet friends and others throughout the world. I thank him much and wish many more people use his good service…
